  5. I agree there are mental health issues we may not be aware of when people act odd in public, but at the same time, there are people who are completely all right upstairs and are just simply assholes.

  6. That note is from the bus driver, and there was probably one on the seat he is sitting on too. I've seen them when stuff gets spilled on the seats and the driver isn't sure if it is a bodily fluid. If it was, the bus wouldn't be in service.

    All this picture shows is that person isn't concerned about sitting on someone else's pee, spilled coffee, or squished oh henry bar.
