This BC woman is having a really bad day (missed the ferry)

  1. I love this! And the comments on the original facebook post are pretty great.

This is what is wrong with our society - trying to excuse this kind of behaviour. It is never ok. NEVER NEVER NEVER ok to behave this way. You want to have a screaming fit, do it in your own home.

  2. someone on facebook made a comment towards this that maybe posting it wasnt the best thing, sure she threw an outright child tanmtrum but we dont know what she was going through. bullying is not fun and this would certainly lead to a form of that once people discover who she is. what if she missed the ferry that caused her to miss her flight to see a dying/dead relative, causing her to miss the chance to say goodbye ot miss the funeral. what if she had a child in an hospital out of province and needed to be on that ferry. She really freaked out but most likely getting made fun of is not going to help the situation.

  4. Or she could be mentally ill. Hey mental illness or not, no one needs to lose such a screw over a missed ferry. Though I doubt the menatlly ill come that prepared with a rolling suitcase, complete work outfit and purse. No one thinks a completely normal person will lose their shit?

  5. I'm calling BS on the mentally ill. She didn't just randomly wander in there. She missed her ferry and lost her damn mind. Besides, could you pick her out from a crowd?
I'm with April, it's not cool to act this way even if you're off your meds.

  6. She has shopping bags and seem really well put together. I don't think there's anything wrong with her other than she's an entitled spoiled brat.

  7. I could not pick her out from a crowd and if I could, I'd tell her to check herself.

  8. I don't see anywhere on this website where anyone was bullying her.

  9. I'm with Al on his thoughts about this. We never know what someone is going through. Don't get me wrong I don't think it gives anyone the right to throw a temper tantrum or treat anyone badly but to embarass them by posting a video where everyone can laugh is a totally different story.

  10. Perhaps if more people put some value on punctuality....

Some people assume that the world should wait for them and their schedule.

  11. I'm with Bicky. The ferry schedule doesn't revolve around you. Want to catch it? Get there early and plan your day appropriately.

Otherwise, if you miss it - take it like a grown up, own the fact that it's your fault you missed it and get there earlier next time.

Don't act like my two year old in public. I'm working really hard on teaching her not to act like that and with examples like you as adults, she's getting mixed messages.

  12. I never stated anyone here wa bullying her, but there are people in other forums doing so. Is this behaviour acceptable, no, but nobody but her knows why she reacted in such a way. I doubt it has anything to do with not being disciplined as a child. any comments to that effect are purely speculation.
