Metrolinx CEO frequent user of free GO benefit

Metrolinx CEO Bruce McCuaig says commuting on GO Transit for free has provided him with valuable insight into how customers experience the regional system.   2. Well he's not observing enough to pass it along to the GO folks. Everything that gets mentioned at the CSAC meetings seem to come as a surprise to those senior people on the committee.

    The next meeting should be a doozy!
