The head of Applied Wayfinding in the U.K. is one of the people tasked with harmonizing the signage and directions given to users of 10 different transit agencies from here to Hamilton.
“Right now in the GTHA, if you stay within a certain transport agency’s region, you’re O.K.,” he said. “But when you start travel across different authorities, it becomes this hidden and confusing system that creates uncertainty.
