  1. I think I've claimed twice this winter. Most of the time, I didn't have any delays.

    With luck like that, I should go buy a lottery ticket. Ha ha!

  3. Seems to me that the refunds aren't hurting their bottom line much. $2 million refunded on ~$120 million in revenue since 2012?

    Either not enough people are applying for a refund, or the trains really do run on time for the vast majority of trips.
