  1. Our CSA makes an announcement every morning about the QZ and not putting feet on the seats.

    As most of us are adults, shouldn't we know better?

    Bah, ha ha! I crack myself up sometimes.

  2. Wow, you're lucky Bicky. Our trains here in BC have no CSA, just conductors. They never say a word to anyone and just walk past people with their feet on seats. There is no enforcement of anything so it's quite a zoo at times.

  3. I'd get myself "deputized" before assuming any authority.
    Otherwise no-one would take you seriously, and if you try "flexing your muscles" you could find yourself in trouble for some kind of "verbal abuse" and other "violations of" personal rights and liberties.
    And those in actual authority most likely wouldn't stand up for you as your "authority" was never authorized by any official decree.
