Seriously it is about time.
everyone insists that no improvements can be made to the richmond hill line since metrolinx doesn't own the tracks but they bought the southern portion of the line from CN in 2012, as far north as the doncaster diamond. they haven't done anything much with it since, apart from use it to test their new submersible trains...
Imprving the Richmond Hill line would be expensive, as it hugs the side of steep valley...
