Maybe the GO CSR that guides customers to open wickets in the Bay Concourse should politely remind people that the York wickets are also available and empty. Similarly to the GO wickets in the Grand Hall in Union Station starting at 3:15pm. Deserted. People are sadly creatures of habit. To their detriment.

About 2 weeks ago, they actually had GO people taking parts of the lineup to the York concourse.

that new concourse really has a airport vibe, except that line would longer.....
