Scary how we know this pain. Even more amazing how GO woes aren't national news.

There's a general disdain for Toronto out west due to the whole "Toronto thinks they're the center of the universe" mentality.

But yeah, we should be making more noise when our commute turns into a gong show.

We're more important than Vancouver, right? ;)

  2. Now that I think about it, I seem to recall the flooded GO Train made national news. But that was an extraordinary circumstance.

    1. Definitely exceptional. But our 81 minute delay a month ago last night didn't show up on anyone's radar.

  4. It was a once in a lifetime event, so yes. But our 70 - 80 minute delays due to track and signal malfunctions don't make national news headlines.

    or the headline will be Signal/Switch Malfunctions caused delays on the GO AGAIN.....everyday.....lol....
