    They have to fit the message into one text. The four letters in caps are rail station or bus terminal names or - UNST is Union Station; USBT is Union Station Bus Terminal; SCAR is Scarborough; OSHA is Oshawa... you get the drift.

    The rest looks likes standard text-speak to me.

    (One gripe: the "stn" in "UNST stn" is superfluous).

    ► Scarborough is SCGO, not SCAR
    ► Oshawa is OSGO, not OSHA GO
    ► Union is USTN, not UNST
