I'm guessing the blue car because it looks like that van gave him very little space to crawl into the drivers side of his car. This must be Whitby, this morning I passed 3 parking Donkey's that basically ruined 3 good spots for anyone else.
I would have guess grey van, as blue car looks pretty much between the lines.
the grey van must have been last, to stop the blue car driver getting back in...what a prankster
