Lemme check my compendium of Oakville Bylaws to see if she was exempt and or entitled...
ReplyDeleteFirst - was the car a German Import? (Audi, Mercedes, BMW qualify, and in certain circumstances even Volkswagon). Failing that - was it a Land Rover/Range Rover or Jaguar?
Second - was her hair pulled back in a really tight bun and/or jogger's ponytail reminiscent of the 90's "Ballerina on Crack" look?
Third - was this below the QEW?
If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, then by the Oakville rules I am afraid I have to tell you that you owe the lady an apology. Don't make us hunt you down.
