Look like heel marks from someone's nasty shoes/boots.
I hate the fabric covered seats they always look so dirty and some of them smell like pee! Wish they would go back to the old vinyl/leather seats I know they were dirty too but they don't look it

You should see the rear seats on #octranspo 's Buses. NO wait the booth style seats on Sto's buses (Low Floor) during the winter.
