If it's actually a violation of the rules to do this sort of thing why don't those-in-charge simply ENFORCE those rules?
It's like this: No-one ever has any compunctions about coming after ME any time I step out of line in any way, so why do those same people "look the other way" when it's someone else ignoring the rules?
