Reminds me of the turkey in "National Lampoons Christmas" where the father tried to carve it and it fell apart.
Check out the super clean pan too. It's a special talent when you can burn a turkey and not leave one mark, grease stain or carbonized organics on the pan.
It was probably a 20 year old intern who has never cooked turkey who picked the picture approved by some 55 year old man whose wife does all the cooking.
