Your site is always negative, don't you ever have positive stories to tell?

Was having trouble with my presto card and the wonderful #gotransit employee did this for me and told me how I can fix my #prestocard problem. #thankyou @metrolinx for having wonderful employees! #kindnesswins #gotransit #mountpleasent also on a side note the employees at union station were very helpful and kind :) always a pleasure traveling on Go

Story is still somewhat negative seeing as there's a bad Presto moment in it...
