Sorry to bust out some onions here but I learned this morning this dog eventually had to be put down

Sad. Sad that the dog somehow escaped his home's property.... from what I saw on the news it was surprising that she survived making contact with the "electrified 3rd rail". I'm glad her owner was able to make it in time to be with her dog and comfort her. She also has the dog's sister at home - who will probably grieve for the sister... she'll never understand where she went :(
