I'd love a more detailed explanation about why they need three days to complete these upgrades. Somehow much more complicated systems get upgraded all the time without going offline at all. I can't believe this cost $230 million.

Oh boy. While trying to get more info, I stumbled upon Presto's "About" page and found out that they publish "monthly customer service reports with statistics on how we're serving you." There is a single report from October 2015. Sigh.
