Beats sucking out yogurt from a cup and using your tongue to scoop the bottom (I see you. I know what you're doing)

Saw this guy on the BART train last weekend. If you look closely, he is holding a butane lighter in his hand serving as a spoon. Not sure if he knew where he was or where he was going, but he seemed to be doing exactly what he wanted to be doing and having the time of his life. Follow your dreams, kids.

    Isn't it unlawful to consume open containers of food and drink on public transit vehicles in California?
    Especially subway trains.
