It's only like that because of the holidays. I was at that train station recently and thought their trains were great! Got to the train station 30 minutes before and made an 1800km trip in 6 hours. The train was perfectly on time.
Back to "only one child per couple", eh?
Or, even better: Only one child per 10th couple.
This is what happens to a world that "loves babies".
The "babies" eventually grow up ...
