It's only rude if you say "you idiot" instead of "please".
Agreed Bicky. But feel free to scream "you idiot" loudly in your head.
You can always add an SDA* to the end of all your comments. I find it immensely satisfying.* SDA= Silent "dumb-ass"
Even coughing into one's sleeve isn't hygienic. One should really have a facial tissue or two on them at all times.
