SINGING IN THE BUS SHELTER AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS

This morning I was dropped off near the smokehouse in Courtice which means I approach the GO bus stop from behind and unbeknownst to anyone who may be in the bus shelter.

In the bus shelter was someone singing a song I didn't know and at the top of his lungs. He was really belting it out, too.

I just stood outside and waited for the bus. He kept on singing-screaming. He was incredibly enthusiastic... and went five shades of red when he saw me when he stepped out of the shelter to see if the bus was coming.

There was no need to be. I even told him so when we got off at the station, but he mumbled something and bolted for the train.

  1. Sing like no one is listening.
Love like you’ve never been hurt.
    Dance like nobody’s watching,
and live like it’s heaven on earth.

Words to live by and he obviously was!

  2. I sing like nobody's listening but my wife usually is and she always tells me to stop.

What song was it? Maybe we can have a TCT singalong?

  3. I really wish he wasn't embarrassed. I love musicals. I frequently break out into song.
