There has to be more to the story then he just refused to let the guy on the coach. What reason would a CSA just decide for no reason to let someone on?! Makes no sense this guy must have done something stupid. Also why is he on the lower level of the accessibility coach if he doesnt need to be?

If he had no logical reason for wanting to get on the train - why did he get on?
Okay, now, what's the whole story behind this one?
And let's hear BOTH sides of it.
Either way the employee intentionally touching somebody can translate into assault. Very slippery slope from somebody who has no authority to do so.
Just like the power tripping security guards who think the have some sort of authority outside a regular citizen.
And by security guard I do not mean go special constables who do have power of arrest.
