Would take the parking spot and turn the TV in at my local junk yard for cash. Seems like a win win ;P
(kidding aside people should obviously not be using GO parking lots as their personal dumpsters, this is another thing GO Safety should be fining people for.)

Can't you tell that spot's off-limits?
It's obviously been transformed into a public landfill.
