Don't forget that the CRA will go after people cause Presto doesn't follow their rules. Should be an interesting development once a million users are added to the system
I had to use the TTC last week to run an errand uptown. I used Presto to board the subway from Union then grabbed a transfer for the bus (from Lawrence stn). It actually didn't occur to me until I had to head back that I wouldn't be able to use Presto...total pain in the ass. I had to board the bus without paying (driver made damn sure I would pay at Lawrence subway stn), then buy 4 tokens in order to get onto the subway. What a gong show.
This website is not only read by GO Transit passengers, but also by employees of various transit agencies across Canada and the US, members of the media and enjoys an audience from around the world. Please take that into consideration.
