There is significant infrastructure that is required for service to Niagara. Four stations need to be renovated or built from scratch. With Burlington as the new engineering standard for project completion, I think we'll be taking the bus to and from The Falls for quite some time.
And that date of 2021, that's service to only Grimsby.
