  3. Everything's been taken over too much by the "college/university fraternity/sorority" class, the ones with the clinical credentials as opposed to the those with the natural aptitude for their professions who used to learn their craft via OJT/mentoring experience.

    The modern company owners approach everything with an idealistic and hedonistic "bottom-line mentality" mindset.

    Too much upper-middle-class/elitist influences infiltrating business and industry.
