Each car is almost $3.5 M?? Better keep those seats off the seats at that price!
ReplyDeleteNo kidding.
ReplyDeleteShocking considering they buggered up the TTC Street car delivery, and just transferred a large chunk of their production to Mexico...what happened to supporting the local economy?
ReplyDeleteLove your blog but what else could they spend it on? Surely by adding at least 100 coaches to their fleet would do the public a service by adding more trains to the network which would also decrease the waiting times for trains. They can't spend money on the tracks of their network because as far as I know they are owned by CN. Perhaps they could spend the money creating their own tracks but $425M wouldn't be enough.
