Any material that is hazardous/flammable or a toxin is not permitted. Nail polish is a toxin. Triphenyl phosphate. There are over 1,500 brands of nail polish with TPHP. Most of these are all brand names. Even being around someone doing their nails you breathe it into your blood stream. TPHP have been found to cause reproduction and developmental problems. I know from experience. My father had throat polyps removed years ago and he can't be near anything toxic, especially nail polish or nail polish remover. If he is anywhere near something like that, he loses his voice, his throat burns, coughing to the point that he can't breathe.

Afraid to ask, but I have no idea what I'm looking at.
Lady is full out painting her fingernails on the train
I'd still rather stand someone painting their nails rather than people who eat food that REEKS.
Or how about people that clip their toenails?
