  1. Occassionally I see this on LSW in the morning, but dude always gets off a couple of stops later, so there's room later.

  2. I'll never get why the certain factions (like these "bicycle cultists") are allowed so much dominion and command over everything and every place.

They freely crowd out others and no-one ever does anything about them.

  3. They behave like that because we allow them to.
    Most of them are Self-righteous.

  4. The outspoken minority has everyone hostage. They have the belief that all their doings are right, everyone is wrong. If you try to talk to them about their behaviour, then you receive abuse heaped upon you.

What needs to happen is the silent majority needs to take a stand towards the tyranny and then, maybe then, things will change.

  5. @Squiggles - you've just described Trump supporters.

    There are definitely parallels.

If you try to talk to someone, remind them of the "rules" and common courtesy, nine times out of ten you are subjected to a tirade. No one deserves that, but it happens time and again.

I can see why many just put up and shut up. No one deserves to be berated because of another's actions. Hence, the minority rules.

  7. There should be a CSR on the platforms before station departures to ensure bicycle boarders don't travel during rush hour.
Is it meant for fellow riders to enforce these rules?
Happens all the time on the Kitchener line traveling home in the evening.

  8. Once a moron with a bike got on a rush hour train in Brampton, on the accessibility coach no less and gave the CSA grief when he told him he could not bring the bike on the train and especially on that coach. When we got to Toronto 3 GO security people escorted him and his bike away, Never saw hi again.

  9. @Matt It's actually the anti-Trump folks who are the most intolerant of differing opinions. But keep dreaming...
