Toronto wants a seat at the Metrolinx table

The Metrolinx board used to include the mayors of Toronto and Hamilton and the regional chairs of Halton, Peel, York and Durham. Then the Province changed to an all-appointed board (nominally to make it less 'political'). Can't see them saying "let's undo the change we made a few years ago"
