  3. I'm not buying it. You people have had 150 years to work out how to make reliable switches! Use titanium if that's what it takes! Put in a heater! But no, you'd rather save a few bucks and turn arrival times into a crap shoot. Thanks a lot.

  5. Cynic, I am. That seems like it is a preemptive way to say "You're screwed" this coming winter. They cannot get their act together with service, but they can make spiffy videos.
