Ever tried to use one?

  1. Elevators and escalators in the city of Toronto have a lower failure rate then these reload machines.

  2. I use them whenever possible. But the ones at Union (subway) and York Concourse have been out of service for weeks. One was working at Union the other day, managed to load my card. I noticed signs on the machines now telling users not to remove their cards until instructed to do so.

  3. Part of the problem with TTC is that when sometime breaks it takes them weeks to fix it. If they had a better turnaround time for fixing things people would be less annoyed.

    1. Ttc claims currently Ttc employees can't do anything to them, only a metrolinx tech can fix them (who I can only imagine has too many of these to fix on a daily basis......)
