  2. Yup. Sounds about right. Pure incompetence means "give them more money!".

    At least we will know why the fares will be going up next year (or later this year depending on if they think they can slip it in).

  3. How does anyone justify a CEO or executive making that much money? Our society is so screwed up when we have men putting their lives on the line daily to protect us (Police, Firemen etc) and these idiots are making millions??

  5. Bruce has been a civil servant since 1984. While I was a civil servant too I never worked as an extreme higher up so I had to at least accomplish something and answer to other with whom and for whom i worked. I am not so sure who those at the very top answer to. God help us if it is only Pritchard.
