I wonder how this is working out for him (this happened in December)

  1. The website used to say that if someone is in your paid reserved spot, to contact them and park in the kiss and ride area. I can't find that anymore, but I wonder what their advice is in these situations.

    I can confirm that is still the policy if you find some else in your reserved spot.
