I will admit I have done this a time or two. Not to hide the fact that I have a phone, but to help block out the outside noise. The person on the other end couldn't hear me!
But this is outside on the street or in a store, places that can be noisy. Not the Quiet Zone.

My mom does this when she's on the phone at home but it's so we don't hear her conversation but we do, we do.
ReplyDeleteTalk softer when on your phone.
ReplyDeleteQuit shouting every time you speak.
Or hold off your conversation till later.
She-e-e-e-eese!!!!
I'm guilty of this too. I never want to talk on my phone during a trip so I quietly tell them I'll call back.
