This fellow HAS to be related to the CS Ambassador, Ian, on the Oshawa - Union 5:37 am train (also British, but wildly different accent). He's one of the most entertaining CSAs I've ever encountered and the guy on this video is in exactly the same style. Makes for a much better trip, I must say.
Yes! I'm on the same train as Nora and our CSA in the morning is fantastic.
Love it when he says he'll see us tomorrow unless he wins the lottery. Or when Gladys has gone on vacation (the auto voice announcement failed to turn up last week).
