What do you think about the new automated announcements on your train?
Take our online survey from now until July 19th and tell us what you think about the automated announcement system we introduced on your train earlier this year.
They're always more concerned about the issues nobody else cares about... The automated announcements are fine, but then the CSA repeats what the announcement just said sometimes.
They should start playing radio commercials and public service announcements as well. Drive those who are trying to read crazy with "Thinking about pursuing a new career? A degree from F***** College may be the perfect choice for you ..." Or "Check out our new line of custom T-shirts at ****** ...."
They recently started doing just that on the bus system in Columbus Ohio, and I never get a moments peace on any trip these days. Every time I take the bus I'm always a nervous wreck when I arrive at my destination.

I don't hear the automated announcements all the time anymore. Or maybe I've tuned it out.
I'm tired of hearing the UP Express in the Kitchener Train at 5:54AM.
We're aware of the train, trust me! It flies past us EMPTY every morning

I've long since tuned them out. I prefer the CSA talking.
I wonder what sort of new job responsibilities the CSA's have now that they don't spend all their time announcing stops...... /s
They're still responsible for the well-being of passengers, communication, safety monitoring, door operation... so there's that.
