Long story short... possible sting operation. Guy allegedly boarded at Union Station. Grabbed a Lakeshore East train. Wanted for, allegedly, several robberies. Undercover arrest. Happened on the train and finished on the platform.

I guess you were pretty adventurous and excited to see something movie sort happening in real life. Right? I see such situations often, poor law and order situation here.
