Cuffed, for a fare evasion? There has to be more to the story. Used to be they'd take ID and write the guy a ticket. Cuffed implies something more serious.
I agree there must be more to this then fare evasion. It could be anything from refusing to provide ID after being confronted for fare evasion all the way to committing some more serious crime on board the train, or possibly the officers could have run his ID through dispatch while writing him a ticket and found out he had a warrant out for his arrest.
Well It seems to be fare.People shouldn't make police forced to arrest them.all of us should make this world a better place.Thank you very much for sharing.Keep posting

I've seen people cuffed when hauled off a train. Mostly because it started as a fare evasion and ended in an altercation.
