Are you seriously suggesting that a government or business/corporation focus on SUBSTANCE and FUNCTIONALITY instead of on their own over-inflated egos, reputations, and image? You can't really be that naive and clueless! I always had more faith in you than that .......
They should resolve the ongoing 'signal problem' issue. It's even affecting the UP Express. Remarkably buses were located to transport UP passengers when the 90 minute delay occurred last week, . Even cabs were ordered to ensure passengers didn't miss flights. Anytime there is a train problem on the Kitchener line, we're told to get on the subway or make our own alternate arrangements.
