Once I can forgive, but twice, no. The motorcycle spaces are not your reserved VIP spot. Get to the station earlier or park at Whitby, k?

  1. Oshawa is such a shit show. If you show up after 7 there's a good chance there won't be any spots left. We get everyone from Oshawa plus everyone east of Oshawa and no parking structure (plus no tunnels or bridges to get over the damn tracks!) It's madness.

  2. It's an extra 7 minutes to head over to Whitby and you can park in the parking garage and catch the train, which involves about 2 minutes/3 minutes of walking. I've done it twice and it was fine.

  3. I hope this parking jerk has been reported to GO

  4. Yes. I got a response.

I also mentioned that this isn't fair to those who don't park wherever, who go to the overflow lot, or drive to Whitby. These people don't get a pass so neither should those who park in the motorycle spots.

  5. Go Safety needs to come by and enforce the motorcycle spot there before more people start getting ideas.

  6. I agree Rory. We pay enough money as commuters than to have to SELF POLICE.

  7. Thank God for this blog. I don't believe these issues would be on Go's radar.

    Cheers CJ

  8. You guys all have such a great "support team" amongst yourselves.
It's too bad that I, myself, always find myself alone without any outside support whenever I have similar issues and complaints about what happens in my neck of the woods.

  9. I agree that it's up to Go Transit to address these issues. I'm sure the officers can't be everywhere at once, so even though they need to "self police", it's our job as commuters to report issues so that they can be addressed!
