And you Canadians are always knocking the corporations and government agencies of the United States for their "backwater" inefficiencies and incompetence.
Suprised a delay wasn't announced earlier, since 2009 a lot has changed.

They did nothing to the station for 60 years, so of course renovations and upgrades will take longer and cost more than planned. Anyone have a home reno that didn't have the same thing happen?
