What! No "Ferguson Missouri" scenario? "Excessive violence" by secondary authority (bus driver) instead of just waiting for the police to come and "handle everything". This is definitely not the U.S.. In the U.S. there would be too much concern for the "rights" of even suspects. The bus driver would also be charged (with "assault"). In the U.S. you're never allowed to defend yourself. Everything has to be done by the police. People can take advantage of you and there's not a damn thing you can do about it. Chile seems to have more common sense and acute awareness of reality as it actually is.
