I don't know how to break this to you, you may want to grab a stiff drink. Matthew, you see, signed up for Twitter using his name (possibly his real name, no one knows for sure on the Internet). Then, he posted a photo on a public website (Twitter) and Twitter, at the bottom of each tweet, has a feature where you can get the code to embed the tweet somewhere else. I know?! Right? You're probably stunned at the level of voodoo here but I suggest if you are that offended, you contact Matthew himself and advise him to exercise some anonymity online.
Must have been a sporting event... those new stairwells are so tiny and steep. Of course, there's more than 1 but that would require, you know, walking to find them.

Ok, you possibly may know how to Internet but clearly you can't Twitter.

Wow Anon. You need to chill. A little hint: if it is posted on the interwebs (and twitter counts) it is free for the taking.
The only "legal" issue is if CJ had posted it and didn't give credit where it was due (copyright law).
But I am thinking the CATtorneys may need to get involved in the nasty.
