Kind of like how former GO Transit president Gary McNeil was. Mr. McNeil would personally answer emails from me. I have yet to receive a personal email from Greg Percy. I've gotten emails from people who write on his behalf but not one addressed directly from him to me or to any of the people who have written to him and cc'd me.
I know GO Transit has passenger advisory committees made up of passengers selected from the ridership - passengers who applied to be on the committee. I am sure that these fellow riders communicate issues to the people who lead these advisory meetings, but does Mr. Percy himself attend these meetings?

Yes, Mr. Percy has attended the meetings in the past.
I have to wonder if Mr. Byford feels frustration on a daily basis. He's trying his best to run the TTC but it's so tied up in city council hoopla.
Don't answer if you can't or are unable to but if you can, what's he like at the meetings?
You are absolutely correct, CJ. Gary McNeil knew who who he reported to -- us. He would always take the time to answer my e-mail, whether it was after he had left the office and was riding the rails north, or on weekends. I mentioned to a Metrolinx employee that I thought Mr. Percy was aloof, because he failed to reach out to the ridership. The employee was surprised by my comment and said he's not like that at all. Okay, so is it a case of being painfully shy?
I ♥ Andy Byford.
@Dakota, that's because he has a British accent. ;)
CJ, Mr. Percy is attentive to what's being said by the reps.
