Actually, it almost looks like the car was parked in the spot opposite and it wasn't properly in gear and gravity took over.
Wonder if there's a parking space behind and it rolled forward due to the car being stick shift and the parking brake not being on or car left in gear.

Well, there's ONE person who obviously doesn't value his car much.
