Simply call a customer service representative and have them come around and wheel you down the stairs to the lower level.See? Just a matter of common sense...
Tal: where's the phone number? And why doesn't it say "call this number", rather than "go to this place"?
My mother is 71 and in a wheelchair. She's also a luddite. Where's the nearest payphone?
There are intercoms on all elevators; you can even see the symbol in the bottom-right of this photo. No phone numbers or payphone needed.
